Privacy Policy

1. General

This policy describes how Sazeo (“we”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the platform (sazeo.io and its subdomains). We act in accordance with applicable law and the principles of the GDPR.

The data controller is შპს „ციფრული მართვის ტექნოლოგიები“ (Digital Management Technologies LLC), identification code 405285926, office: 23 Marshal Gelovani Ave, Tbilisi, Georgia. Sazeo is this company’s platform.

2. What data we process

Account data: name, email, organisation, role, country, locale.

Usage data: sign-in log, IP address, activity audit (for security and integrity).

Device telemetry: status and measurements, within the connected organisation.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process data to provide the service (performance of a contract), for security, to meet legal obligations, and on the basis of legitimate interest.

4. Retention

Data is kept while the account is active and for the period required by law. After an account deletion request, data is deleted within 30 days (see §6).

Raw telemetry is kept for a limited period; aggregated telemetry is kept long term, de-personalised.

5. Sharing (sub-processors)

We use trusted providers to process data (for example AWS: hosting and database, eu-central-1). The full list is in the Trust Center (/trust).

We do not sell data.

6. Your rights (subject rights)

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure (the right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, portability and objection.

An organisation or user may request full deletion of its own account and data. After a deletion request the account is marked for deletion and is permanently deleted within 30 days (including from archives), unless the request is withdrawn.

7. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, access control, auditing, and encryption at rest for sensitive data.

8. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated; we will inform you of material changes. Questions: privacy@sazeo.io.

9. The sazeo.io website

sazeo.io does not use cookies. The site has no advertising, Google Analytics or social media tracking code.

Visit counter: on every page load the browser sends one record to hub.sazeo.io. We store the date (without the time), the page, the page and browser language, where you came from (only the site name or the link’s UTM tags), country, city and device type (mobile, tablet, computer). Country and city are derived from the IP address, but the IP address itself, browser details or any other identifier are not stored in this record, so it cannot point to a specific person. Purpose: to learn where our readers come from and in which language they read (legitimate interest).

In your browser the site stores only the language you chose (localStorage). When the site redirects you to your saved language, it keeps the address of the site you came from in the tab’s sessionStorage for one page load and then deletes it.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare and its fonts load from Google Fonts; as with any web page, both services see your IP address. The hub.sazeo.io access log (AWS CloudFront), including IP addresses, is kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically.
