Terms of Service

1. General provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Sazeo platform (sazeo.io and its subdomains: my.sazeo.io, app.sazeo.io, admin.sazeo.io; hereinafter “the platform”). By registering on or using the platform you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to the terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of the service

Sazeo is a smart building management platform that provides HVAC/BMS monitoring, visibility of device status and telemetry, energy analytics and related functions.

Individual functions of the service may depend on the account type, plan or activation status.

3. Account and registration

To create an account, the user must provide correct and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for the security of the account (password, access).

One person may be a member or owner of several organisations.

An account may be created in a pending status and activated after verification and confirmation.

4. Acceptable use

It is prohibited to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to obtain another person’s access or data without authorisation, or to compromise the integrity or security of the system.

Devices are controlled and commanded only through authorised channels and in compliance with safety rules.

5. Data and privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

An organisation has the right to request deletion of its account and data in accordance with applicable law.

6. Termination and deletion of the account

The user or organisation has the right to request deletion of the account. After a deletion request the account is placed in pending deletion mode and is permanently deleted after 30 days, unless the request is withdrawn.

Sazeo reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service if these terms are breached.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Sazeo is not liable for indirect or consequential damage.

8. Changes

Sazeo reserves the right to update these terms. Users will be informed of material changes. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance.
